BbetterE - Personal Wellbeing
This program is for everyone who wishes to achieve change in their thoughts, emotions and behavior in daily life. It will support you in acquiring skills; reducing stress, anxiety, fears and burnout; and increasing levels of happiness, satisfaction with life and flourishing.
The core of the program
- The program offers you a gradual change process of 24 stations dealing with 7 main topics: Setting goals; Defining behavior; Improving self-efficacy; Identifying strengths; Increasing positive emotions; Changing the link between thoughts, emotions and behavior; and assessing change.
- Each topic you will learn to identify, practice and apply the learned skills.
- In each station, you will watch a video clip, practice the techniques, and apply the learned new skills in your everyday life.
- It is important for you to connect to the program several times a week and to find a few minutes to practice every day.
- The process is personal, and the outcomes depend on your progress and consistency until you reach the end of the program in about 3 months.
